Welcome to condo 113. This beautiful and serene two bedroom condo is located on the ground floor, where it is very convenient to walk right out to the pools and the beach. It has a well equipped kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, sinks, and lighting.

This condo has a comfortable coastal theme to the furniture, in the living area and in the bedrooms. The condo has flat screen televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and in the second bedroom is a queen along with a set of twin bunk beds.

There are hair dryers in both bathrooms. There is a safe in the condo for guest valuables. No smoking and no pets. Must rent January and February if you want to rent the whole month of March.
