Snowbird seasonal rates will apply November through the end of February with the exception of those staying January, February and March. Some restrictions apply.

Of course, our “backyard” is filled with the sugar white sands of magnificent Miramar Beach—your front-row seat for the gorgeous Emerald waters and fiery sunsets of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our activity planners and concierge services will keep you as active as you like to be throughout your stay. Try a quiet romantic getaway to Eden State Gardens, or join with fellow guests for scenic tours, golfing, fishing, games, parties, shopping trips, restaurant nights and lots of fun.

- Tuesday nights: Game Night (Cards, Dominos, etc.)
- Wednesday nights: Line Dancing
- Thursday nights: Bring your own cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
- Weekly mens and ladies lunch group at various restaurants
- Weekly ladies coffee group

- Sunset parties on terrace unit balconies
- Pizza pool parties
