Welcome to condo 0203. With this condo you don't have to worry about elevators or stairs, you can walk out your patio door and go straight to the beach and pools. This condo was freshly painted and updated with new furnishings in the winter of 2020. You will immediately feel relaxed once you enter this condo with the soothing atmosphere of the new updates and furnishings.

The master has a king size bed, renovated private bath with double sinks and a gorgeous walk-in shower. The guest room has a queen bed as well as a set of bunks. The lower bunk is a full size and the upper is a twin. The condo can sleep 8 and includes a sofa sleeper in the living room.

The dining room has a gorgeous glass table with seating for six. The kitchen has white cabinets and beautiful granite countertops. A Keurig coffee maker is in the updated kitchen. Flat screen televisions and DVD players in the living room and both bedrooms.

The unit has a full-sized washer and dryer. A new patio set is there for you to relax on and enjoy. Free WiFi. Snowbirds must rent January and February to stay half the month of March.
