Welcome to condo 206, this 2 bedroom ground floor condo is conveniently where you can walk right out to the pools, beach, or the playground. This condo has tile throughout except for the bedrooms. It has been recently remodeled. It has flat screen televisions and DVD players in the living room and both bedrooms.

There is a safe in the condo for guest valuables. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and both bathrooms have hair dryers in them. The master bedroom features a king size bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen, and twin bunk beds. The patio has pub height furniture and there is ceiling fan on the patio for added comfort.

Starting in 2020 the owner will only allow Snowbirds to stay in January or February, NONE OF MARCH.
