Welcome to the newly renovated (as of January 2017) condo 314! This beautiful gulf front condo is just steps away from the pools, hot tub and the beach. The large balcony offers a high top table and chairs allowing you to enjoy the sunrise while eating breakfast or just looking out at the Gulf of Mexico.

This condo is the perfect beach retreat with tile throughout and decorated in calming blues and whites. The living room has a 60” TV, a stereo and DVD player and the sofa is equipped with a sofa sleeper. The kitchen has everything you need to feel at home including all stainless steel appliances and a full sized washer and dryer.

Enjoy the beautiful view of the beach while lying in the king size bed located in the master bedroom, which by the way also offers you a flat screen TV, DVD player, private bathroom and you own private access to the balcony. The guest bedroom features 2 full sized beds and a flat screen TV and DVD player.

And as if all that isn't enough to entice you, we can't forget to mention the FREE WI-FI! (Snowbirds must rent for January and February to rent for the whole month of March.)
