Welcome to condo 414, located on the 4th floor of the building. This condo is in the row of two bedroom condos closest to the beach. The condo has Travertine Tile throughout. The living room furniture was replaced in spring of 2018. The condo has three flat screen televisions, 1 Blu-Ray and 2 DVD Players.

The living room TV is a 65" Smart TV. Both bathrooms have hairdryers, and there is also a safe in the condo to store valuables. The patio set has seating for 6 so you can enjoy dining on the balcony. Snowbirds must rent for January and February to rent for the whole month of March.
