Both the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and counter tops have been newly remodeled. There is tile throughout the condo except for the bedroom, which has beige carpet.

There are 2 flat screen televisions and 2 DVD players in the condo. The bathroom does have a hairdryer.Condo 0505 also has a safe for your valuables. Snowbirds must rent January and February to stay the complete month of March.
