This property was renovated in Spring of 2016 with brand new cabinets, Quartz counter tops, etc. The condo can accommodate up to 8 people, with a king in the master which offers an in-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, two queens in the guest bedroom, and sofa sleeper in the living room.

There is tile throughout the condo. The dining area seats 6. The living room has a brand new 55 inch Smart TV with a Blu-Ray and DVD player. There is a total of 3 flat screen televisions, and 3 DVD players in the condo. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms, as well as black-out drapes in the master bedroom to block out the sun for the late risers.

There is a safe in the condo to store your valuables. A new high top table and chairs has been added to the balcony so beach viewing is at its best. Snowbirds must rent January and February to stay the complete month of March.
