Location! Location! Location! Above the pool and footsteps from the beach and elevators, we welcome you to Unit 609. This modern condo has been updated including granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and full sized washer and dryer. The dining area has seating for six as well as counter top seating.

For our sports fan our living room has a 75 inch Samsung Smart TV and a Blu-ray Player. This unit has a queen sofa sleeper, love-seat, extra seating as well as a stress-less recliner with ottoman. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, a triple dresser, and a 60 inch Samsung Smart TV and Blu-ray player.

The master suite has a walk-in shower, double vanity, lighted makeup mirror and hairdryer. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, a bunk bed (twins) and 43 inch Samsung Smart TV with a Blu-ray player. The guest bath also includes a hairdryer and lighted makeup mirror.

There is a safe in the closet. As a bonus, the owner also keeps extra beach chairs, floats, noodles and lots of sand toys in the outside closet. The key will be hanging in the pantry. The view from 609 is spectacular. Snowbirds must rent January and February to rent the whole month of March.
