Welcome to condo 0611! This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit located on the 6th floor. These spacious accommodations make it a great choice for a family getaway to the beach! Not to mention it has gorgeous views of the Gulf and tons of resort-style amenities.

As you arrive you will notice the proximity to the beach! Your condo is just steps away from the sand, sea, and surf. As you unpack into your new home-away-from-home you will notice that your kitchen comes fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils necessary to whip up a home-cooked meal for your family one night. It also features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops to add a luxurious touch to the space. The spacious living room leads you out to your own private balcony with views of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The living room also comes with a Smart TV making it easy to stay up to date on your favorite shows and movies while away. Free Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

As guests, your stay includes one complimentary beach setup (1 umbrella, 2 chairs) each day beginning March 1st through October 31st. This makes it easy to claim your spot in the sand! Of course, the beach is where you will spend most of your time, but make sure to explore the rest of the resort while visiting. Edgewater features incredible amenities including a community pool, hot tub, and even a kiddie pool. For the ones who like to stay active on vacation, check out the basketball courts and fitness center. You could even end your day with a game of shuffleboard!
