Welcome to Edgewater Beach Condo 702, this is one of the coziest condos on the property. It has a newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The living room has a great wrap around sofa and extra chairs to provide plenty of seating. There are flat screen televisions in both bedrooms and the living room as well as DVD players.

The master bath has a new walk-in shower, and the guest has a tub and shower. There are hairdryers in both bathrooms. Snowbirds can rent January only. Owner is renting all of March but snowbirds can rent January and February.
