Edgewater Beach #1005

Welcome to condo 1005, this beautifully decorated one bedroom condo is located on the 10th floor of the Edgewater property. The theme of the condo's décor is nautical, it has such treasures as the ships wheel in the living room coffee table that is over a 100 years old.

The condo features tile throughout for easy cleanup. The bedroom features a king size bed, 55 inch flat screen television, Blu-Ray player, and a ceiling fan. The living area features a sofa sleeper, 60 inch flat screen television, Blu-Ray player, and a Home Theater 5.1 (Surround Sound w/ Sub-Woofer).

The bath has a tub/shower combo with a safety bar and a double vanity. There is a safe in the condo to store valuables and a full sized washer and dryer. Snowbirds must rent January and February to stay the complete month of March.
