Edgewater Beach #1107

Welcome to condo 1107, located on the 11th floor of the building and newly renovated as of 2016. The condo has wood tile planking throughout with the exception of the bathrooms. The living room has a couch and love seat with extra seating provided beside the TV.

In the dining room, you'll find a gorgeous glass table with seating for six. This unit has large mounted flat screen televisions in each room. Each bathroom has gorgeous Quartz counter tops, glass shower doors, and BOTH bathrooms have a beautiful walk-in shower.

This is a fantastic unit that definitely does not lack any detail! The guest bedroom has a very spacious walk-in closet. The view is phenomenal and will not disappoint. Snowbirds must rent January and February to stay half the month of March.
