Edgewater Beach #1206

Welcome to spacious 1206 with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico plus Mid-Bay Bridge and the bay. This unit has tile throughout with seating of up to 8 people in the dining area. There is a desk available for those working from home. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV, a DVD player, and a ceiling fan.

The guest bedroom has a large walk-in closet with a safe for valuables. Both bathrooms have a walk in shower and a wall-mounted hair dryer. The guest bath is divided into a dressing area and shower/toilet area. The living room has a 42”TV with a Blu-Ray player, a recliner, a swivel chair, a sofa, and an oversized chair.

The sofa makes into a queen size bed and the over-size chair becomes a twin bed. On the balcony, there is a new high top table with four matching chairs. Snow birds must rent all of January and February in order to extend into March.
