Edgewater Beach #1502

Welcome to condo 1502. This condo is located on the 15th floor of the building with the greatest front view of the Gulf of Mexico and side view of the buildings on down the beach. The balcony has a hightop table and chairs perfect for looking out at the ocean.

It has new living room furnishings, in tan and reds. This condo is both bright and cheerful. It has tile in the kitchen, dining, and living areas, with carpet in both bedrooms. There are flat screen televisions and DVD' players in both bedrooms and the living room.

The fully equipped kitchen has a new granite countertop and new cabinets. There are jets in the master bathtub and there are hair dryers installed in both bathrooms. There are full sized washer/dryers and free WiFi. Snowbirds must rent January and February to stay the complete month of March.
